His experience has spanned many industries - resulting in the creation of the private services firm Refine Financial Inc. Through Refine, Ryan focused on providing business owners the solutions they need to build their business, financing, management, mergers and acquisitions in private and public markets, and navigate the challenges that come from growth or downturns. Ryan currently works with business owners through Refine, acts as an Angel Capital investor in unique opportunities and participates in business acquisitions with dedicated investment partners. Ryan also volunteers for various charities, focused on helping those in need, ranging from Board or Advisory Committee Member to operational assistance.
