You might be encountering a surge of tracks labeled "Afro House." But hold on a minute – isn't that what Progressive House used to be called? This trend of rebranding classic genres isn't new. Remember when Deep House morphed into commercial House, then Future House? Great music deserves recognition on its own merits, not through constant relabeling. Speaking of great music, the recent TikTok wave has unearthed some fantastic reworked Progressive House classics. Think genre pioneers like John Creamer & Stephane K, Deep Dish, Scumfrog, and artists who masterfully used heavy percussion – Chus & Ceballos, Oscar G & Ralph Falcon, Friburn & Urik, Peter Rauhofer, and many more. Tracks like Rui Da Silva's timeless "Touch Me" are getting a fresh spin for modern dance floors, and the results are phenomenal! Back to the Future: Revisiting Millennial Dance Music The cyclical nature of dance music trends is undeniable. Right now, the spotlight's on late-90s and early 2000s classics, with artists sampling or revamping entire tracks. It's a trend we wholeheartedly support, and you can expect to hear these gems showcased in future Club Fusion and Peak Hour sets. This trend sparked a trip down memory lane for us here at Party Favorz. Remember our BackSpin series from way back in our early years? Last year, we aimed to revisit the glory days of 2000s dance music, following up on our popular Ultimate 90s House Classics series. We started with a Millennial Dance Classics series, but the sheer diversity of the decade made it tough to curate a cohesive set. After all, massive hits often land in our Top Dance Songs of the Year anyway. So, we decided to resurrect the BackSpin series! This allows us to delve deeper into specific genres that defined the 2000s dance music scene. Each BackSpin release will focus on a distinct genre, with a sprinkle of Trance and Electronica thrown in for good measure. These sets will typically span a five-year period, featuring a mix of crowd-pleasing favorites and some hidden gems ripe for rediscovery – think "It's Love (Trippin')" by Goldtrix and Andrea Brown or "Addicted To Bass" by Puretone featured in volume 1. For those seeking classic remixes by the likes of Thunderpuss, Hex Hector, and Victor Calderone, fear not! We've already covered those in our Classic Circuit Anthems series from 2014. The BackSpin Reboot: A Journey Through Millennial Dance Music Genres The rebooted BackSpin series will explore the vast and vibrant landscape of Millennial dance music, beyond the big remixes.

This year, we've meticulously selected and revamped classic tunes, infusing them with a fresh, danceable energy. A Festive Fusion of Classics and Contemporary Beats We've included timeless holiday favorites, ensuring this collection resonates with all our listeners. Mariah Carey's iconic "All I Want For Christmas," remixed by Low Sunday, headlines our lineup, followed closely by Kylie Minogue's "Every Day's Like Christmas," given a Stock, Aitken & Waterman twist. Donna Summer's 2009 special remix "Rosie Christmas" for Abercrombie & Fitch, and the powerful Cahill remix of Leona Lewis' "One More Sleep" add to the festive flair. The set continues with Bananarama's "Baby It's Christmas" in an Almighty remix, the CLX remix of the charity classic "Do They Know It's Christmas" by Band Aid, and Kelly Clarkson's "Underneath the Tree" in a vibrant Morlando remix. We culminate with the Illicit remix of Kristine W's "Oh Holy Night," bridging Christmas past and present. New Additions and Exclusive Remixes This year also welcomes newcomers to our Christmas dance series. Ariana Grande's "Santa Tell Me," in a unique mashup with Adam Turner, and the Choppe Davila remix of Ed Sheeran and Elton John's "Merry Christmas" showcase the evolving landscape of Christmas music. We also feature "Santa Clause Is Coming To Town" in a Dirty Disco and Traig remix, and the song that inspired this year's set, Cher's timeless "DJ Play A Christmas Song" in a 7th Heaven remix. A Balanced Musical Journey Our goal was to maintain a cohesive, engaging set, balancing classic Christmas lounge songs to provide a soothing interlude between the energetic first and second halves. This approach ensures a dynamic, yet harmonious musical experience for our listeners. Exciting Upcoming Releases Looking ahead, Party Favorz is excited to announce a special double-expanded Diva Series set next week you won't want to miss, leading into our annual Jingle Electric, Holiday Edition, and our year-end compilation of the Top Dance Songs of the Year. This collection showcases some of the biggest dance hits and hidden treasures that defined this pivotal period in dance music. Among the influential contributors of this period were Gabriel & Dresden, whose transition from progressive to trance remixes provided a darker edge to club music. Their remix of Jewel's "Intuition" still ranks high among the Top 2000s Dance Music Classics. Jewel, known as an alt-folk singer, proved that thought-provoking lyrics could coexist with pop's perceived superficiality by transitioning into pop music. Mainstream hits of this period include Christina Milian's "Dip It Low", Janet Jackson's "All Nite (Don't Stop)", and Justin Timberlake's "Rock Your Body". These songs not only dominated pop charts but also set dance floors on fire, particularly Sander Kleinberg's progressive house mixes, a distinctive part of the Top 2000s Dance Music Classics. Lesser-known but equally impactful tracks such as Nina Sky's "Move Your Body" and Mylo's "Drop the Pressure" gained classic status in this era and received renewed interest with remix treatments in 2022. This period also saw ONO, John Lennon's widow, venture into dance music. Her abstract poetry, turned into dance remixes, was a successful experiment, with "Walking on Thin Ice", remixed by Pet Shop Boys and Danny Tengalia, topping the club charts. An unforgettable entry to our Top 2000s Dance Music Classics is the Heaven & Earth remix of "Clocks" by Coldplay. Despite not being an official release and charting low, its profound impact on club music was later acknowledged by Coldplay itself. For a comprehensive list of the best dance tunes from this era, explore our Top Dance Songs for 2000 — 2009, focusing on the 2003 and 2004 releases. Stay tuned for our regular programming next week. A rich compilation of some of the biggest dance hits from 2003 to 2004, this offering is a must for any dance music enthusiast, featuring unedited epic tracks allowing you to relive the era of massive remixes. One standout DJ/producer from this era encapsulated in this Top 2000s Dance Music Classics collection is Dave Audé, a preferred choice for remix production. With an abundance of rock remixes from artists like Jacques Lu Cont, Thin White Duke, Les Rythmes Digitales (a.k.a. Stuart Price), Jason Nevins, and Lindbergh Palace, this set offers a diverse mix of genre hits. Interestingly, all these remix artists have worked with Madonna at some point, with Stuart Price being instrumental in producing "Confessions On a Dance Floor" and leading her "Confessions Tour". This Top 2000s Dance Music Classics volume also showcases other noteworthy DJ/producers like Gabriel & Dresden and Junkie XL, recognized for their progressive remixes that harmoniously blend Trance music with rock-dance. The period also saw the rise of Electro House, with Benny Benassi's remix of Goldfrapp's "Strict Machine" and his debut single "Satisfaction" pioneering the genre into mainstream popularity. While Electro House was gaining prominence during this period, Party Favorz hasn't overlooked the underground hits from genres like Trance, Progressive House, and House music. However, most of the mainstream hits are reserved for our 'Top Dance Songs of the Year' series. We are geared up to release Volume 3 of the Top 2000s Dance Music Classics mid-week, followed by a final volume next weekend. Expect some Disco House and Peak Hour tunes to keep the party vibe alive. This period was a time of transition, with progressive and electro house emerging as popular genres while DJs like Thunderpuss, Victor Calderone, and Hex Hector became household names. This compilation provides an appealing mix of familiar favorites and rare gems among popular disco songs, each carefully remastered for today's audience. A standout track in this volume is Chemise's "She Can't Love," an underground masterpiece from 1982. Its catchy riff might ring a bell due to its frequent sampling over the years. Purple Disco Machine meticulously remastered this classic, keeping its original charm intact while adding a touch of their disco-funk signature style. Another treasure among popular disco songs is "New York Moving" by Ahzz, given a fresh lease of life by DJ Disco Cat. The version included here is not only polished for enhanced sound quality, but also rearranged to create a more immersive listening experience. No collection of popular disco songs is complete without a tribute to the French band Ottawan and their iconic hit "D.I.S.C.O." Originating in 1979, this song has been sampled numerous times, even being covered by N-Trance and The Young Professionals. An interesting piece of trivia is that one of the song's authors, Daniel Vangarde, is the father of Thomas Bangalter, one half of the legendary French house duo Daft Punk. This eighth volume of the series is released with a heavy heart, marking the recent passing of Irene Cara, the phenomenal singer behind the theme songs of 1980s hits like "Fame" and "Flashdance...What A Feeling." Cara, whose powerful voice and infectious energy left an indelible mark on disco, passed away at 63. This final volume is dedicated to her memory and her contribution to popular disco songs. Irene Cara Escalera (March 18, 1959 – November 25, 2022), may you rest in peace. Until the next time...ENJOY! Album: Thank God It’s Disco Vol. 8Artists: VariousGenre: DiscoLength: 04:07:31 1. Party Favorz has been diligently curating a fresh collection of the best disco tunes for over a year, and we are excited to announce not just one, but two forthcoming releases. For those new to this journey, the 'Thank God It's Disco' series is a carefully curated compilation of the best disco tunes from the 70s and 80s. These classics have been intricately remixed, reimagined, or subtly updated to align with contemporary musical tastes, while faithfully preserving the essence of the original track. It's not rare for us to feature different versions of the same song, remixed by various DJ/producers, each bringing their unique perspective to the remix. Although there might be some unintentional duplications by the same artist, these are rare and typically occur due to a re-release appearing in my DJ Pool without prior knowledge of its previous inclusion. The upcoming volume is filled with lesser-known classics, exciting the most ardent disco enthusiasts. You may discover that the rhythm of many tracks has been sampled and used in other songs from the 90s or even more recent hits. Even for a seasoned disco aficionado like me, the joy of recognizing these reused beats in newer compositions is always surprising and rewarding. For instance, "She Can't Love You" by Chemise, featured in volume 8 of this series, is a great example. This underground house classic from the early 80s was the inspiration for Sean Biddle's "Get Up and Dance" in the early millennium. Now, Purple Disco Machine has remixed the original, spotlighting it in all its 80s synth glory. These unexpected remixes are like a pleasant shock to the system, revealing the depth of crate-digging these DJs must undertake to discover these gems. The age of these best disco tunes should not deter anyone from enjoying their infectious charm. Many of these songs form the backbone of today's hits, such as Beyonce's "Renaissance." Furthermore, these tracks have been carefully updated and optimised for today's listeners, ensuring their relevance and enjoyment. So, prepare to reignite your passion for D-I-S-C-O with these masterfully reimagined best disco tunes. It's time to hit the dance floor and ENJOY! In our previous post for Volume 1, we discussed how many of these iconic 2000s Dance Classics have become foundational in today's club scene. Hits like ATB's "9PM (Til I Come)", Alice Deejay's "Better Off Alone", and ATC's "Around the World (La La La La La)" have been reimagined into chart-topping hits recently. Moreover, the track "Blue (I'm Good)" by David Guetta & Bebe Rexha, which samples Eiffel 65's "Blue (Da Be Dee)", also known as "Blue (I'm in Need of a Guy)", is a key feature of this set. This collection also includes Afro Medusa's "Pasilda" and Earth, Wind & Fire's "September", tracks that have seen countless reworks since their release, with the Phats & Small 1999 remix starting the trend. Some of my personal favourites from this era, like Rui Da Silva's "Touch Me", Puretone's "Addicted To Bass", and Pete Heller's "Big Love", are also part of this collection of 2000s Dance Music. This set is packed with diversity, ranging from House to Trance and Progressive House, and includes works from several high-demand DJs of the era such as Knee Deep, Robbie Rivera, Roger Sanchez, and Illicit. I took a different approach to this series, which immediately becomes obvious with the title. First, I started with 1999 because it is possibly one of the best years in dance music history. Many of today's biggest hits have reworked samples that have been turned into massive anthems for a new generation of partygoers. Everything from the late Paul Johnson's "Get Get Down," "Lady (Hear Me Tonight) by Modjo," "9 PM (Til I Come)" by ATB to "Around the World (La La La La La)" by ATC and "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" by Eifel 65 have been plucked from the dance music annals breathing new life into the originals. Heck, even our lady Bey's smash album "Renaissance" is packed with samples from bygone eras. The other thing you'll notice is that this first set spans 4 years. The millennium was a great time for the evolution of dance music from Progressive House which began in the mid-90s and exploded by the end of the decade, to Trance, Techno, Hard Dance, French House, Filtered House, Funky House, Electro House and music that combined elements of all these genres. Of course, the advancement of technology had a lot to do with the abundance of offerings but it was human ingenuity that pushed the boundaries of what House Music could be. Needless to say, it's difficult to focus on just the hits because there were so many memorable underground hits as well depending on where you lived and the bars you frequented. If you're looking for the big room progressive sounds by Hex Hector, Victor Calderone, Peter Rauhofer, Thunderpuss, Junior Vasquez, or Jonathan Peters — you're better off revisiting our Top Dance Songs of the Year series, which starts in 1996 but it's 1999 and beyond you're after. Frankly, 1999 needs to be expanded but I haven't gotten around to it. Equally, five out of the six DJs mentioned have their own Legacy series linked in this article. Depending on what decisions are made with the future of Party Favorz next year — I may go back and do a series with just the big room progressive house anthems featuring these DJs and others. That could be a lot of fun. However, for this series — they were not included. I wasn't sure how this would turn out but this and the upcoming volume 2 have been on repeat in my car for several weeks now as I worked out the final track selections and I'm pleasantly surprised. There is a good deal of House Music styles here with some more Progressive House as it got redefined along with some long-lost gems that even I had completely forgotten about.

This unique genre sprang from the early 1990s techno and hardcore scenes of Germany, enriched by the British new-age music wave. Trance Classics, renowned for tempos ranging between 120–150 bpm, are hallmarked by repetitive melodic phrases, and a distinct musical form that gradually builds tension and elements, often culminating in electrifying peaks or drops. Their rhythmic influence stems from a rich blend of diverse musical styles such as techno, house, pop, chill-out, classical music, ambient, and the ever-influential progressive house. In the much-anticipated series, Ultimate Trance Classics, Party Favorz presents a fresh take on trance music that began in the early 90s techno scene and was propelled by the thriving rave culture in the UK and the US. Influential artists such as Faithless, Perfecto, DJ Tiësto, and Armin Van Buuren navigated this music evolution, moving from House Music to produce intense, tribal electronic sounds that were refreshingly unique at that time. These pioneers set the stage for Trance, leading the genre to an extraordinary crescendo. The four-volume series of Ultimate Trance Classics is a tribute to this rhythm-filled voyage, encompassing a comprehensive selection of tracks from the 90s and 00s. It's more than a collection of mainstream hits, it's a chronicle of groundbreaking tunes that laid the foundation of Trance and reverberated across dance floors worldwide. Tracks like Sasha's "Xpander" and Hybrid's "Finished Symphony" take listeners on a sonic exploration, while Faithless's "God Is A DJ" reaffirms the divine nature of dance music. The mystical vibrations of "Tuvan" by Gaia and the enthralling notes of Armin Van Buuren remix  of "Rapture" by iiO further elevate this vibrant collection. Presenting a range of chart-toppers and overlooked gems, this series features legends such as Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, Matt Darey, Above & Beyond, Chicane, Armin Van Buuren, Sasha, Blank & Jones, and many more. Each artist contributes two to three songs from their compelling repertoire, narrating the saga of Trance Classics through their own lenses. The four-set series of Ultimate Trance Classics honors this rich history, presenting a carefully curated collection of hits from the 90s and 00s that showcase the essence of Trance at its peak. This includes not just mainstream hits but also groundbreaking tracks that formed the bedrock of the genre. While creating the Ultimate Trance Classics was a colossal task, it was crucial to pay attention to detail,

HO! HO! After careful consideration as to what I will likely do next year — I decided to go ahead and drop the ultimate EDM Christmas dance party mix for everyone's enjoyment. Well, maybe not everyone. This special edition EDM set features a variety of genres including Electro House, Dubstep, Trance, Trap, Hip-Hop, House, and even Eurodance. It's quite a bit to digest and may not be for everyone but that's why Party Favorz has years of holiday dance remix podcasts that may be more to your liking in our back catalog. I listen to the original mix yesterday and was impressed at how I was able to get such a diverse group of songs at wildly different BPM(s) to mesh cohesively. One of the tricks is to duplicate a few songs like "All I Want For Christmas,' 'Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,' and 'Last Christmas.' To be certain there were multiple copies of 'Jingle Bells' (a song I've always hated mainly for its lack of structure) 'Christmas, Baby Please Come Home' (one of my all-time favorites especially by Darlene Love and U2), and others but in the spirit of trying to keep this set short and sweet — I went with what worked. My only disappointment was no remix of 'Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,' where the version by the Pretenders has special meaning to me. There was a decent remix of Lou Rawls' jazzed-up version but I couldn't make it work. Overall, I'm glad I did this even though it's a one-off. Some of the songs will be included in next year's 'ULTIMATE' X-mas Dance set — especially the illusive dance mix of 'Happy X-mas (War Is Over)' by John Lennon and the Plastic Ono Band. I stumbled across this remix late last year and stowed it away for a rainy day and I'm pleased as punch to have stumbled across it. Originally, I had three bonus sets scheduled for November then whittled it down to two but I was overwhelmed with what was already on my plate so I dropped both and kept the Purple Disco Machine Legacy set. I thought I'd give y'all a heads-up that one of those sets is going to see the light of day by the end of the week. It's totally out of leftfield and wholly unexpected but it's going to be one epic party set worth your time. That's all I'm saying at the moment. Until the next time...ENJOY! There were so many new remixes available — there was enough to make an EDM/Dance Club version but honestly, I'm petered out. That will be saved for the 2022 release. This set leans heavily on the Circuit side because Dario Xavier released five holiday remixes coupled with one from last year I forgot I had. Jet Boot Jack released a remix for Diana Ross' version of 'This Christmas' (originally made famous by Donny Hathaway) and Joel Dickinson (a.k.a. Thee Werq'n Bitches and formerly one-half of The Assembly with Billy Waters) remixed The Carpenters' 'Merry Christmas Darling,' which I've had for several years but never used because it was kinda dark but figured 'what the hell.' Of course, Houston's Dirty Disco dropped their annual holiday mix and this year's entry features Kiva on the Mariah Carey classic 'All I Want For Christmas." The rest of the set was rounded out by favorites from over the years including alternate versions of many of those tracks rarely or never used in a set before. Overall this is a solid effort that's bound to put a smile on the face of the most hardened Grinch. The past 30 days have been pretty rough for me and it feels like I'm being pulled in multiple directions. Couple that with the typical holiday blues and I just need a little space for a bit. Don't even get me started over the exploding cases of Covid or the new variant discovered in Africa, which will be in your neighborhood before you finish listening to this latest set of holiday cheer. No, the irony isn't dead on me [grin]. I've cut back my ambitions for December so here's what to expect: First up will be the annual Jingle Electric featuring the latest Dance Club tracks, Holiday Edition 2021 featuring the latest Circuit and Anthems tracks, and then our Year In Dance featuring the biggest Dance songs of 2021. Finally, we'll cap the year off with the annual Blow Your Own Horn 2022, which is the ultimate New Year's dance party mix that raises the roof and burns down the year that was before bringing us into a new one. As you can see, there's still a lot more to go. Until the next time...ENJOY! Album: X-mas Dance Mix 2021Genre: Circuit, House, DiscoYear: 2021Total Time: 02:36:56 1. Dirty Disco feat. The modern mix keeps the legendary artist's charm intact while adding an extra layer of excitement with new-age rhythms. In the Paul Parsons Club Mix of Chanson's "Don't Hold Back," the original's strong vocals remain a highlight, complemented by a more energetic beat. The result is a potent remix that commands listeners to get up and dance. Gino Soccio's "Dancer Delight" and Sugar Hill Gang's mashup by Paul Jockey & Lissat ingeniously merges the two tracks. It takes the best elements from each song, weaving them together in a thrilling composition that keeps the dance floor vibrant. Meanwhile, the Dr Packer Remix of Sylvester's "Do Ya Wanna Funk" adds an electrifying touch to the iconic track. The remix maintains the original's spirit while reimagining it with a modern, funky twist. DJ Meme's Reconstruction Remix of George Michael's "Outside" and Barry Harris's 2021 Remix of The Jacksons' "Can You Feel It" offer fresh takes on these beloved classics, transforming them into exhilarating contemporary anthems.

This compilation is a tribute to the 70s and 80s best disco songs, updated with a fresh twist. Each track, whether it's a classic disco tune from the 70s or a rhythmic gem from the 80s, receives a makeover for the modern era. Some retain the essence of the originals while others incorporate unique spins, including mash-ups of two timeless disco hits. Take for instance, Gloria Gaynor's 'Never Can Say Goodbye', remixed by Jet Boot Jack. This new version maintains Gaynor's iconic vocals, albeit in a re-sung form, providing a refreshing yet familiar feel. On the other hand, 'I Will Survive', revamped by Anthony Fennel, presents an intriguing blend of the classic melody with contemporary House elements. Michael Zager Band's 'Let's All Chant' remixed by Block & Crown, employs the original stems but omits the distinctive 'uh-ah, uh ah' sequence, which may come as a surprise to some. Yet, it still encapsulates the spirit of the 70s and 80s best disco songs. Looking ahead, next week will bring a pleasant divergence with an updated Legacy set from an artist who has surged in popularity, making this an exciting addition to your collection. We're also featuring a legendary diva whose timeless hits have recently been reimagined, promising to thrill fans of the 70s and 80s best disco songs. Stay tuned! Until the next time...ENJOY! Tracks for this edition have been sourced from various corners, curated over time, laying the foundation for not just this volume, but also forthcoming fifth and sixth volumes. You might find a few echoes of earlier editions, but these tracks have been ingeniously reimagined by different DJs, adding a unique, contemporary vibe. The undisputed maestro of 'Disco Music Best Hits', Dr Packer, plays a prominent role across these volumes. We also see contributions from the fiery Block & Crown and crowd-favorite DJ Meme. The missing in action DJ Barry Harris also receives a nostalgic nod. While the throbbing rhythm of disco characterizes this volume, the soulful grooves of Funk music also have their grand moments. And for a bit of nostalgic spice, we've also peppered the collection with dance hits from the late 80s. As we proceed, we'll be interlacing these releases with the Tony Moran Legacy series. But be prepared for some delightful surprises popping up later this month. Buckle up as we promise a dynamic month brimming with the best of Disco music. Until the next time...ENJOY! Volume 6 is not merely a conclusion; it's a crescendo that unearths the remaining massive progressive club hits and Classic House tracks from 1998-1999. This final volume is like a nostalgic dance floor, filled with tunes that most of us have swayed to, even if their titles might momentarily escape us. A parade of iconic 90s dance hits takes center stage, each one a sparkling gem in the treasure chest of 90's House Music. One notable exception – the intriguing Hex Hector remix of Tina Turner's "When the Heartache Is Over" – beckons with mystery. Although widely rumored at the time, this version seemed to vanish like a ghost note, overshadowed by the Metro Mix. It was only during the creation of the Tina Turner Diva Hall of Fame series earlier this year that this elusive remix danced back into the limelight. In those days, being a dance music enthusiast meant more than just clicks and streams. It involved road trips to San Antonio, 4-hour drives from small-town America, and weekend adventures at the Bonham Exchange. It was a quest, not just for the latest club tunes but for the pulsating rhythm that connected music lovers. The DJ008 website, a precursor to Napster and other file-sharing services, offered a digital avenue for music discovery. But with dial-up connections, where downloading a single song could take hours, the thrill of the physical hunt often prevailed. Now, as we embrace this volume, we're not merely revisiting a time and place; we're celebrating an era of 90's dance hits and Classic House Tracks that defined a generation. From Kim English's "Unspeakable Joy" (Razor 'n' Guido Vocal Mix) to Mariah Carey's "My All" (David Morales Classic Club Mix), these songs invite us to dance once more to the rhythm of our memories. Volume 6 is not just a compilation; it's a time capsule, a tribute to a golden age of dance music. Whether it's your first listen or a cherished revisit, these sounds are timeless. Until the next time...ENJOY! Album : The Ultimate 90’s House Classics [1998 – 1999] Vol. 6Genre : 90’s Classic HouseYear : 2021Total Time : 3:07:54 1. This particular journey from 1998 - 1999, steps beyond the borders of mainstream progressive house, unlocking a treasure trove of musical creativity that continues to inspire the dance floors of today. Remember "Music Sounds Better With You" by Stardust? This iconic track gave birth to several mashups, including Madonna's live concert sensation, the "Holiday" mashup. Then there's the infectious groove of "Get Get Down" by Paul Johnson, the gritty pulse of "Bodyrock" by Moby, and the timeless melody of "9PM (Til I Come)" by ATB – a track that laid the foundation for this year's hit "Your Love (9PM)" by Topic & A7S. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duEHCbMWNrs From "Better Off Alone" by Alice Deejay, which has been resurrected in recent mashups, to the bouncy Eurodance rhythm of "2 Times" by Ann Lee, Volume 5 curates a thrilling ride through the dance hits that shaped a generation. How about "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" by Eiffel 65? Or "King Of My Castle" by Wamdue Project? These tracks, among others, capture the euphoria of an era that reshaped dance music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lgs9QUtWc3M What makes Volume 5 truly special is the seamless blend of diverse hits that, on paper, might seem discordant but in reality, create a magical dance music mosaic. Jason Nevins' hard-hitting rock-influenced remix "It's Like That" with Run DMC finds its place alongside the party beats of "Red Alert" by Basement Jaxx, encapsulating the dynamic spirit of 90's dance music. How did Party Favorz pull off this musical alchemy? That's a secret even I can't quite pinpoint. But one thing is certain: a single spin of this set, and you'll be transported back to some of the most magical moments in dance music history. As the Ultimate 90's House Classics series nears its end, Volume 5 stands as a joyful testament to the power of dance music's past to energize the present. Stay tuned for the final set, where the massive progressive house tracks will take the spotlight, dropping on Saturday. Until then...ENJOY!
